As we close out the month of March, I’ve just been taking some time to reflect…

This month was really special, not just because of Women’s History Month, but also International Women’s Day. A time to honor the strength, resilience, and voices of women everywhere.

We had the opportunity to attend an event in Boston where women came together to talk about things that aren’t always talked about… things that sometimes get pushed aside or put on the back burner.
We made the time to bring those conversations to the surface.
To listen. To reflect. To grow. 🌱
And one thing that stayed with me…
was the importance of being intentional with the way we use our gifts, not only in how we show up for others, but in how we care for ourselves.
So as we move forward, I want to gently encourage everyone but especially the women in our lives, to be mindful of what we pour out… and what we allow to pour into us.
Choose the things that nourish you.
Choose the things that enrich your soul.

This past weekend, I had the honor of attending a beautiful event celebrating International Women’s Day, surrounded by women from many different walks of life.
We spent the evening reflecting on the journey of a woman, the many hats we wear, the responsibilities we carry, and the purpose that often guides us through each stage of life. From leadership and wellness to family, faith, and service, it was a powerful reminder that while we give so much of ourselves to others, our own well-being matters too.
One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was hearing stories from women of different ages and experiences, encouraging one another to keep moving forward, to care for ourselves, and to live with intention and purpose wherever life has placed us.
Thank you to the wonderful hosts for the invitation and for creating such a thoughtful space for conversation, encouragement, and connection. It was truly a special evening.🙏🏽
Here’s to continuing to lead, serve, and grow gracefully and purposefully, in every season of life. 🌷
