Join us for our Laboring Positions class! This class covers how different labor positions can help the baby move through the pelvis. Physical Therapist, Laura Romeo, will explain how the pelvis moves and which positions work best at each stage, including options for those with an epidural. You will learn about standing, sitting, squatting, and supported positions to make labor easier.
