McCulloh Therapeutic Solutions provides speech therapy and occupational therapy to the pediatric population in Upstate S.C.

McCulloh Therapeutic Solutions (MTS Kids) offers both speech and occupational therapy to Upstate South Carolina. We have two locations to serve you: in Greenville at 420 The Parkway, Suite M. and Spartanburg at 2400 Wi******er Place. Many families are concerned about their child's development. We provide individualized, comprehensive care to children to promote the development of skills and relationships that last a lifetime. We are -

Our friends at MTS have been working hard on making their Thanksgiving crafts! 🦃✨ We're having fun targeting fine motor skills, following multistep directions, and holiday vocabulary. We're so grateful to work with our patients and their families!

Finally sharing our Greenville sensorimotor gym renovation! When we moved into the new Greenville clinic last winter, the gym space available was tiny... but after knocking out a couple of walls earlier this fall, we were able to triple our sensory gym and triple the fun to be had 🤩! There are still some “modifications” and additons to come (i.e. a ball rack to store the therapy balls, a rock climbing wall, swing hooks/ rack, etc....), but, boy, have our therapists and kiddos enjoyed this new space already! Check out the before, during, and after photos!!

McCulloh Therapeutic Solutions provides a multi-sensory approach to target speech and language disorders. Our team of licensed speech-language pathologists specialize in articulation, language processing, apraxia, feeding therapy (including VitalStim), and autism spectrum disorders. We believe each child is an individual and as such deserves an individual and personalized plan of care. We work one-on-one with our patients and their families to ensure our kids the best opportunity for growth and development.
