McCulloh Therapeutic Solutions provides speech therapy and occupational therapy to the pediatric population in Upstate S.C.

McCulloh Therapeutic Solutions (MTS Kids) offers both speech and occupational therapy to Upstate South Carolina. We have two locations to serve you: in Greenville at 420 The Parkway, Suite M. and Spartanburg at 2400 Wi******er Place. Many families are concerned about their child's development. We provide individualized, comprehensive care to children to promote the development of skills and relationships that last a lifetime. We are -

Our Spartanburg clinic is relocating! 🚀 We are so excited to have a beautiful, new space to serve our clients and their families!! 💖 Mark your calendars - Friday, 2/27/26 will be our last day at the Wi******er Place location. McCulloh Therapeutic Solutions provides a multi-sensory approach to target speech and language disorders. Our team of licensed speech-language pathologists specialize in articulation, language processing, apraxia, feeding therapy (including VitalStim), and autism spectrum disorders. We believe each child is an individual and as such deserves an individual and personalized plan of care. We work one-on-one with our patients and their families to ensure our kids the best opportunity for growth and development.
