For patients, safety and comfort are so important. Changes in strength, balance, or medications can increase the risk of falls, which is why awareness and small adjustments can make a big difference.

Never hesitate to ask for help. Your team is here to assess the living area, provide guidance, and support you in creating the safest environment possible.

Safety is part of comfort — and we’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Today, we pause to honor the incredible team who makes our Wren family so special.

To our nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, office staff, volunteers, and every team member behind the scenes — you are the heart of this organization. The compassion you show, the comfort you bring, and the dignity you preserve in life’s most tender moments do not go unnoticed.

We are beyond grateful for your commitment to serving with excellence and love. Because of you, our mission isn’t just something we say — it’s something we live out every single day.

Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the teamwork you embody, and the heart you pour into this calling. It is an honor to serve alongside you.

With deep appreciation,
Asa, David, Jess and Terri

💙Celebrating National Professional Social Workers Month💙

This month, we proudly recognize the incredible social workers who are at the heart of hospice care. Their compassion, advocacy, and unwavering support help patients and families navigate some of life’s most difficult moments with dignity and understanding.

Hospice social workers do so much more than provide resources—they listen, comfort, guide, and stand beside families every step of the journey. Their dedication ensures that no one has to face these moments alone.

To our amazing social workers: thank you for the empathy, strength, and kindness you bring to every patient and family you serve. Your work truly makes a difference.

In hospice care, love is more than a feeling — it’s an action. Every day, we have the privilege of walking alongside patients and families during sacred moments. At Wren, we believe that even in life’s most tender seasons, joy can still be found — in laughter between tears, in stories retold, in simple togetherness.

When we lead with compassion, patience, and kindness, we create spaces where comfort grows and hearts feel lighter.

May we all continue to spread love wherever we go — in big ways and small — so that everyone we encounter feels seen, valued, and a little more at peace.

Wren honors all who provide loving care!

February may still feel cold and quiet, but beneath the surface, growth is already happening. Just like seeds resting under winter's frost, perseverance often takes root in the unseen moments — in patience, in faith, and in simply choosing to keep going.

At Wren, we are inspired daily by the quiet strength of the patients and families we serve. Even in challenging seasons, there is resilience. There is courage. There is love growing steady and strong beneath it all.

This month, may we remember that even when it isn't visible, hope is still at work - and brighter days are ahead.

💙Care, Comfort, Compassion💙

This Valentine’s Day, we honor the many ways love shows up—between families, friends, caregivers, and patients.

At Wren Hospice, love lives in the quiet moments: a gentle hand to hold, a shared smile, a meaningful conversation, and the reassurance that no one walks this journey alone.

Today, we celebrate the love that connects us and the kindness that gives every moment purpose. Wishing you a day filled with warmth, joy, and meaningful connections.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

At Wren, we have seen true love expressed in the hearts of so many wonderful patients and families through their acts of love toward each other.

The care given in every visit, each moment support is provided, and every bit of compassion shared with patients and families is our way of expressing our love in action.

Winter invites us to slow down and savor what matters most – warm smiles, shared memories, and time spent with those we love. Even in the quiet moments, there is beauty, comfort, and connection all around us.

The team at Wren is here to help in those meaningful moments.

May this season remind us that love is the greatest warmth of all, and that even the smallest joys can bring light to our days.
