If you have changed insurance policies or have a new card present that at the time of your appointment so we are aware and can add it to your file. If you have shoes in our rehab side could you please come get them!!! They are in a box in the entrance. With that being said we will no longer be storing shoes. So when you come to work out bring your shoes and take them with you when you are done.
