Sunny days at Adara Oaks call for a little friendly competition!

Residents took advantage of the beautiful weather with a lively game of co****le. There were cheers, a few impressive tosses, and plenty of laughs along the way. Nothing like a sunny afternoon, good company, and a little friendly rivalry to keep things fun!

Art comes in many forms, and our residents have been enjoying a variety of creative experiences—from painting and sand art to hands-on crafts and colorful design projects. Each activity offers an opportunity to explore creativity, try something new, and enjoy the process of making something unique.

Engaging in art can support overall wellbeing by encouraging relaxation, stimulating the mind, and providing a meaningful way to express thoughts and emotions. It also creates wonderful moments of connection as residents share ideas, inspiration, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Around here, creativity is always welcome—and the joy it brings is just as beautiful as the artwork itself.

Last week, we made sure to ring in the Lunar New Year with our residents by creating paper lanterns, learning about the year of the Fire Horse, and enjoying traditional teas! Happy New Year.
