Adara Oaks Manor is a residential care community in Gresham, Oregon that serves residents with physical and behavioral management needs.

Our goal is to compassionately care for our residents and ensure that their dignity and respect is always honored. Adara Oaks Manor is a community where residents are able to live life to the fullest of their abilities.

This week, we celebrated Araceli’s 8-year work anniversary. 💫💫💫

As the Adara Oaks receptionist, Araceli is the heart of our community. 🧡 Everything that takes place at Adara Oaks passes through Araceli’s hands. On any given day, you will find Araceli welcoming guests, scheduling resident appointments, making phones calls, following up on medical referrals, responding to concerns, assisting with caregiving, or connecting with residents and staff. We are grateful for Araceli’s dedication and commitment to Adara Oaks and our residents.

What happens to the “Adara Bucks” winnings that residents win during Casino Night? They have always been able to purchase snacks from the Adara Oaks Store, but our community has recently added another way for residents to spend their bucks. Enter “Cash for Clothing,” a program that gets donated clothing into the hands of Adara Oaks residents.

During Cash for Clothing, residents are able to redeem their Adara Bucks for clothing and accessories. We would like to continue this program monthly so we are on the look out for donated clothing (pants, shirts, hoodies, etc.) and accessories (belts, hats, scarves, socks, purses, etc.). We currently have a special need for XL-XXL men’s clothing and anything warm for the upcoming winter months.

Adara Oaks residents were ready for some Sunday football 🏈 and some Sunday crafting in the Activity Room.

It was time for a warm cuppa tea at Adara Oaks. Residents got to choose from different varie-teas, with chai being the communi-tea favorite. It was a brew-tea-ful afternoon.
