Adara Oaks Manor is a residential care community in Gresham, Oregon that serves residents with physical and behavioral management needs.

Our goal is to compassionately care for our residents and ensure that their dignity and respect is always honored. Adara Oaks Manor is a community where residents are able to live life to the fullest of their abilities.

Adara Oaks residents love their football! 🏈Thursday’s turkey bowl, featuring the Dallas Cowboys and the Kansas City Chiefs, was the main event. Adara Oaks did it up right with snacks, fun, fellowship, and prize baskets! Touchdown!

No, that’s not Little Red Riding Hood. That’s Jill, VP of Horticulture and Life Engagement for Vanda Health. She went a foraging across the Adara Oaks campus. And what did she find? A strawberry tree. Strawberry trees are evergreen shrubs/small trees that are native to the Mediterranean. They have edible red fruits that resemble strawberries. Jill brought the fruits of her labor inside for a taste test. Resident Ann said that the fruit tastes like starch and that its skin is rough like a cat’s tongue.

A: Creamed corn. It’s always a-maize-ing!

Adara Oaks residents love to craft. A recent project had them creating scarecrows, which were truly outstanding in their fields!
