It's been wonderful hosting Lori from our sister community as she trains with Ramona! Their shared passion for creating joyful experiences truly shines through and benefits all our residents. Grateful for these teamwork moments that make us stronger together.

Our New Life Enrichment Director, Lori, has been training with Ramona, the Life Enrichment Director at Farmington Square Gresham, and it has been such a joy to watch their ideas and energy come together to better serve our residents. Their collaboration is a great example of how our teams support one another so every resident can feel engaged, valued, and at home each day.

When our communities learn from one another, it means more meaningful moments, more laughter, and more personalized experiences for the residents we love.
