"I'm sick of eating salad." - Sound familiar to anyone? But, who said it had to be all salad?!

This is the Chicken Veggie Soup from the Recipe Book. I'm cooking for two people, so instead of weighing out veggies I did all free foods! Celery, cabbage and red onion. We cooked the chicken on the side, weighed it to the allowed amount, and added to the soup once it was in our individual bowls.
Remember - this is not a bland program - spice it up! Rosemary, thyme, basil, cumin... have fun with it!
The fruit salad is all approved fruits. We chopped them up and tossed the fruit with warmed up lemon juice and cinnamon. (So good!)
Melba toast is one servings worth. It's good crushed on top or just thrown in the soup!
