Exuding patience, kindness and a heart of gold, Dr. Ashton has an unwavering passion for serving her community. With a special interest in prenatal, pediatric and neurodivergent care, she comes highly skilled and ready to help positively impact those who walk through her door. What are environmental stressors?

I’m glad you asked! They can be acquired multiple ways.

1. Physical stress to the body

2. Chemical or toxin buildup - could be absorbed, inhaled or digested

3. Emotional distress

All of these can put your nervous system into an overactive state of fight or flight, but don’t worry, that’s where we come in! Adjustments regulate this system 🤍

today between adjusting patients, I had the honor of holding space for a handful of mamas who needed a good cry and praying over two mamas who had difficult circumstances they were walking through. I’m sharing this because as a mama myself, I can relate to something I see in each of you all too often; “stuffing”. we stuff things that are hard so that we can be present to take care of the little humans who need us the most. the past few weeks have held some heavy, heavy things. but I want to remind you something very important…we are human, not robots. I am more than aware that each one of you who walk into my room could be holding something heavy on your heart. if you ever need prayer, please don’t hesitate to ask. I sincerely hope you feel that you are loved by my entire team. we are here for you.
