With a nice weather starting to show up, here’s another stretch for my golfers, and honestly anybody who wants to increase their midback mobility! It just so happens that I use a golf club in this video but you can use a baseball bat, PVC pipe, or even a broom! Perform this 3 to 5 times each side prior to exercise golf or even just day-to-day if you’re sitting at a desk for long period of time!
