It's August and even though the hot weather assures us it's still summer, this last stretch of the season can be a source of stress! Wondering if we have everything ready for transitions ahead this fall and wishing we had done more on our summer bucket list.
When we worry about what's to come or spend too much time thinking about the past, we miss the moment we're in. Mindfulness is a tool allowing for focus on * this * moment, and research shows that being mindful reduces anxiety and depression, and even improves our blood pressure!
