In this home, women are supported through connection with Christian counselors and mentors. Residents attend a weekly faith-based recovery group and Sunday morning church, creating a strong foundation for both sobriety and spiritual growth.

We also maintain structure through a curfew and other safety measures to ensure a stable, healthy environment.

We are SO excited to officially announce our BRAND NEW Assistant Program Director… Alicia Rodriguez ! 🙌

This woman is powerful, faithful, and truly walking in her calling—and we are beyond honored to have her step into this role at Chayah Ministries.

In this role, Alicia will help lead both the operations and the spiritual atmosphere of our Sober Living Discipleship House. She will work closely with leadership to recruit, interview, and support residents, while also providing case management, discipleship, and transition planning.

She will play a key role in ensuring every woman in the home receives holistic, Christ-centered care—addressing the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of recovery—while helping cultivate a culture rooted in truth, grace, and transformation. ✨
