Our passion is our patientsā success
With its rich history and undeniable charm, the small town of Gretna, Virginia is where we call home. We are conveniently just down the road from one of the major hospitals in our area, Centra Gretna Medical Center, and have been serving the community since 1989. We are proud of the exceptional care we provide. We underwent a full renovation of all rooms and common areas several years ago, which also included a brand new, 2,700 square foot gym with the most modern equipment available.
We have also received a Five-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the highest available. Gretna Health & Rehabilitation Center is an active part of our local community. Weāre involved in many local charities and events, including bi-annual blood drives, the Gretna Harvest Festival, and more. We also support health education in our area by partnering with LPN and CNA programs in local schools. We serve patients in Gretna, Chatham, Blairs, Altavista, Lynchburg, Smith Mountain Lake and more.
