MAKE THE BEST FRUIT SMOOTHIE AT HOME!!!

INGREDIENTS:

7 large frozen strawberries (if small, add few more)
7 pieces of frozen banana = a whole banana
1cup wild blueberries (I always add a bit more💞)
2-3 large medjoool dates OR 7 small noor dates (pitted)
Heaping tablespoon of coconut oil
About a cup of water (add more water if you're doubling the recipe for more than one serving or need a bit more to blend smoothly).

*Follow the instructions about the coconut oil to prevent waste and make clean up easier. If you ever happen to make it a bit too sweet, add a few more frozen strawberries. ENJOY! 💞☀️

I have a couple of pet peeves when receiving a massage myself:

1) Please don't breathe in my face
2) Please don't allow your sweat to drip on me

The breathing on me part is tolerable if the breath is good, but letting sweat drip from your brow (or any part of you) onto me is crazy work. I'll jump up off the table so quick. It happened to me years ago while in training. I had to receive a massage from a fellow trainee. She sweat the entire time and while her sweat was dripping she was rubbing it in. I chose not to use my voice in that instance. However, I will never allow myself to endure something like that again. I thought I would die...,.Now I have a phobia.
