Common Ground Health Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center & nationally recognized patient-centered medical home, located in the historic Algiers McDonogh area of New Orleans. Our commitment is to help meet the primary care needs of the uninsured and under insured members of our community. Purpose:

To provide quality integrative healthcare;
To provide quality healthcare education

for preventive self-care;
To create an environment conducive to patient, staff and volunteer learning;
