šŸ‘€Check on Your Neighbors

Health isn’t just clinical — it’s community.

Check on your neighbors. Help with heavy lifting. Share a meal. Offer a ride to appointments. Or just be there to listen.

In Wyoming, we look out for each other. Each of us can make a difference to someone that needs physical or mental support. You might just find yourself on the receiving end when you need it too.

šŸ’¦Hydration Reminder

Wyoming weather can fool you — dehydration happens year-round.

Water supports digestion, kidney function, circulation, and energy.

Carry that water bottle.

Waking up this morning with heavy hearts as we think about our friends and neighbors being impacted by the ongoing fire activity. ā¤ļøšŸ”„

Here in Wyoming, we know how quickly conditions can change—and this unusually dry, warm winter is setting us up for a potentially dangerous summer season. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone facing uncertainty, loss, and the challenges that come with it.

As smoke begins to affect air quality across our communities, it’s important to take steps to protect your health—especially for children, older adults, and those with heart or lung conditions.

When the air is smoky:
• Stay indoors as much as possible and keep windows and doors closed
• Use air conditioning on recirculate, or consider a HEPA air purifier if you have one
• Avoid outdoor exercise or strenuous activity
• If you must be outside, consider wearing a well-fitted mask (N95 or similar)
• Keep rescue inhalers or medications close if you have asthma or respiratory conditions
• Watch for symptoms like coughing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, or headaches

And as always—check in on your neighbors. A quick call or visit can go a long way during times like this.

If you’re experiencing worsening symptoms or have concerns about your breathing, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help keep our community safe and supported.

Stay safe, Wyoming. šŸ¤

šŸ€ Wyo Clinic | St. Patrick’s Day Health & Wellness šŸ€

This St. Patrick’s Day, we’re taking a little inspiration from those mischievous leprechauns… because it turns out, they might know a thing or two about staying healthy.

🌈 Follow the rainbow (aka your routine):
Good health doesn’t come from luck—it comes from consistent habits. Regular check-ups, balanced nutrition, and staying active are your real ā€œpot of gold.ā€

🄾 Stay on your feet:
Leprechauns are always on the move, and that’s a great reminder for all of us. Daily movement—even a walk across the pasture or around the block—keeps your heart strong and your body energized.

šŸ² Fuel wisely:
A hearty, balanced diet keeps you going. Think whole foods, plenty of water, and moderation—even on holidays.

šŸ˜„ Keep a light heart:
Laughter, connection, and a positive outlook go a long way in supporting both mental and physical health. Spend time with those who make you smile.

šŸ€ Don’t leave it to luck:
Your health is too important to chance. Preventive care, screenings, and early action are the real magic.

This St. Patrick’s Day, skip chasing luck—build habits that help you feel your best all year long.

šŸ“ž Give us a call to schedule your wellness visit—we’re here to keep you and your family healthy through every season.

šŸ’›March is also Endometriosis Awareness Month.

Severe menstrual pain is not ā€œjust part of being a woman.ā€ Chronic pelvic pain deserves evaluation.

If you’ve been told to ā€œjust deal with it,ā€ let’s have a different conversation.

Women deserve to be heard.
