Timothy came in a few months ago and had been working SOOOOOO hard .
He has lost almost HALF his body weight and is finally down under 300lbs .
He was wheelchair and bed ridden for far to long .
He finally got sick and tired of being sick and tired and decided to DO SOMETHING about it . And if your car is messed up and you don’t know how to fix it …. You take it to a mechanic right ? Well …. If your body is all messed up and you can’t figure out how to fix it ….. SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP …..
Timothy basically could not stand up on Day 1 …..
now we are up to around 75-100 squats 2 days per week .
Within a few months ….. he will ALSO be walking and gaining some independence back .

Mr. Ralph is a Military Veteran who had a severe stroke 5 years ago …. He has been wheelchair bound for 5 years and the entire left side of his body had pretty bad atrophy.
He could only extend his left arm around 45 degrees MAX ….. well today …. 4 months after starting he is walking with assistance.
And his left arm has all the color back in it (it was purple with very poor circulation)
But he is over the moon that he can now at least walk .
He struggled REALLY hard just to stand up even ONCE ….
Now he does at least 100 squats in his 30 minute training session .
