Midway Recovery Systems Midway Recovery is a private, non-profit recovery program for chemically dependent adult men. We offer a 90-day residential program for men over the age of 21.

After successful completion of the 90-day program, clients are offered an extended care program that allows more time for a smoother transition into society. This program is individually designed based on compliance and employment. We believe all residents should have the right, privilege and easy access to a therapeutic environment conducive to developing a recovery plan that utilizes our professional staff and peer support groups.

Had the opportunity to visit Spalding County Correctional Institution with InSpalding-Spalding University—and I have to say, I was impressed.

The facility was spotless, structured, and intentional. Warden Eric Sellers walked us through the flow of the institution, with a strong focus on workforce development and preparing individuals for what comes next.

What stood out to me most is that this is about more than doing time—it’s about creating a real path forward.

And that’s where continued support matters.

At Midway Recovery Systems, we work with men on the treatment side—helping them address substance use and mental health, build life skills, and create a real foundation for long-term recovery.

Different spaces, same goal… real change.

This past weekend, we hosted our fundraising event, and wow… what a time.

It was such a powerful day filled with love, support, and so many meaningful moments. From the speakers, to the conversations, to everybody that came out and showed love, we are just so grateful.

Because of your support, we raised a total of $6,820.

Thank you to every single person who came, donated, shared, supported, and simply believed in what we are building. It truly means so much.

This is bigger than just one event. We are working to expand Midway Recovery Systems so that we can serve more men and support more families, and this weekend was a beautiful reminder that people really do care.

Thank you y’all for showing up. Thank y’all for believing in this mission. And thank y’all for helping us move this vision forward.

Midway Recovery is hosting a brunch experience designed to bring real awareness to the impact addiction has on men, families, and our entire community. Recovery is not just about getting clean — it’s about rebuilding dignity, structure, purpose, and identity.

This event is also a fundraising experience to support the expansion of Midway Recovery, allowing us to create more space, more resources, and more opportunity for men who are ready to rebuild their lives.

If you believe in second chances, in restoration, and in making sure men have the support they need to return to their families and communities stronger we invite you to stand with us.
