Good morning! Our credit/debit card processor is currently experiencing a large scale outage. If it's possible to pay with a check or cash, that would be appreciated! If not, we'll save a receipt for your oder and your card information and run it when everything is back up. Sorry for the inconvenience! Happy Monday! 😅

Good morning! Our compounding business is growing, which is great! 🎉 Here are a few reminders if you use a compounded medicine:
1. We compound Monday- Friday, not on Saturdays.
2. PLEASE call us at least a week before you run out of medicine! Traditionally, our turnaround time for compounds is 24-48 hours, but it is currently closer to around 72 hours.
3. If you message us about a refill, of any kind, and don’t get a response, please call us and make sure we received it! In the craziness of the day, sometimes we don’t have a chance to check the texts as often as we would like and it is not uncommon for the texting service to be down and for messages to not come through.
We appreciate you and look forward to taking care you! ❤️
