-Monday, 1pm First Responder Yoga at Porter County Sheriff’s Office in Valparaiso. This is a free class to all first responders the first and second Mondays of every month. Class is accessible to all levels of fitness and focused on stress reduction and mindfulness.

-Tuesday, 4:30pm Yoga Mix at Now Yoga Club. This class is accessible to beginners and mindful movement with a bit of a burn towards the middle of class.
