Last week, Lisa grabbed the mic for her very first class 🎤🙌

And over the past month, she’s been putting in the work and saw some incredible results:
💪 +2.7 lbs of muscle
🔥 –2.5% body fat

She prioritized protein, stayed hydrated, and didn’t miss a single strength training day.

Today, Red, White, and Blue filled every class at FXB Grimes as we honored Declan Coady and supported his family.

Katherine and Andrew Coady, members ofFarrell's West Des Moines EP Truee, lost their son, Declan, while serving on active duty. Our hearts are with their entire family during this unimaginable time.

As a community, we surround Katherine and Andrew with the love and support that Farrell’s families are known for. We hold them in our hearts and stand beside them during this incredibly difficult time. ❤️

💚 Kidney Awareness Month 💚

This Saturday, March 7th, we are wearing green 💚to honor three 💚💚💚 incredible women from our FXB Grimes community — a kidney donor, a kidney transplant recipient and a kidney cancer survivor.

Their stories are powerful reminders of resilience, courage, and the impact we can have on one another’s lives.

“I am a kidney donor because I wanted to make a difference in someone else’s life. Living organ donation is important and it saves lives! The support I have been given at FXB has been amazing. I am proud to share my story with my fellow kidney warrior sisters. We all have different stories, but we’re in it together! 💚”
