Moving toward healing


Grief hurts.

The only thing that will make it worse is to hide or mask your grief.

Instead, invite anyone who’s grieving to remember that grief is difficult and that that’s enough.

Don’t be someone you’re not; You’re not a burden. You’re a person navigating loss, like many others.

You may not feel like yourself quite yet, but you can take baby steps toward healing.

Nothing wrong asking for help, we all need a kind heart that will listen.
