Connie Gail Scurr, age 60, of Grinnell, IA was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Monday, December 22, 2025, surrounded by family and friends at Iowa River Hospice House in Marshalltown, IA.

A funeral service is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 29, 2025, at Grinnell United Methodist Church with a luncheon to follow in the friendship center of the Church. Interment will be held at Graceland Cemetery in Laurel, IA following the luncheon. Family will greet friends for a visitation held from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Smith Funeral Home – Grinnell.
