Meet Candy our Elf! 🍭🧝‍♀️
She made her big entrance today and is still in her box, getting ready to sprinkle her holiday magic all around the center!

Tomorrow morning… the fun officially begins. 😍
Each day Candy will pop up somewhere new, bringing smiles, surprises, and a little extra sparkle to our classrooms. ✨

We can’t wait to see what magic she has planned! Stay tuned! 🎅💫

Ella grew up right here in Griswold and has lived here her whole life!
She graduated from Griswold High School this past May and loves spending her free time hanging out with friends and family.

✨ Spending time with the 2-year-olds every single day!
She loves forming bonds, helping them learn, and watching their personalities shine.

🌟 At Lakin of Griswold, learning looks a whole lot like FUN! 🌟

Today our friends:
🫘 Harvested “beans” on the carpet with trucks
🧱 Built Play-Doh creations with friends
🥤 Stacked cups into towers and explored early engineering skills
🧸 Investigated toys, shapes, and sounds
💛 And smiled their way through lots of baby play!

From the littlest explorers to our busy builders, every activity is helping children grow their creativity, problem-solving, fine motor skills, and imagination.
We love watching them learn through play every single day! 💛✨

🦃 Kicking Off the Week With a Few Reminders! 🍁

As we head into a short fun and festive week with our little turkeys, here are a few important updates for families:

📚 GCSD Reminders:
• No Preschool – Tuesday, Nov. 25th
• No School – Wednesday, Nov. 26th

🏫 Center Closures:
We will be closed Thursday & Friday (Nov. 27th–28th) for Thanksgiving.

🦃 Class Thanksgiving Parties:
We’ll be celebrating on Wednesday, Nov. 26th, with fun activities, treats, and plenty of holiday cheer! 🍂✨
