Grief, Grace, & the Power of Your Story
Transforming Pain into Purpose & Presence
Presenter: Tina BE Bakehouse
Grief comes to us in many forms — not only in death, but in the quiet unraveling of what
once was. Sometimes we lose a loved one physically; other times, we lose who they
used to be. A parent changed by dementia, a partner altered by illness, or a friend no
longer able to connect as before — these too are losses that shape us deeply, yet often
go unseen.
Grief, Grace, & the Power of Your Story is a one-hour guided workshop that holds
space for every kind of grief — the visible and the invisible, the spoken and the silent.
Together, with the loving guidance of intuitive communication coach Tina BE, we’ll
explore how to honor what’s been lost, extend grace to ourselves and others, and
discover the strength and wisdom inside our stories.
Drawing from Brené Brown’s research on vulnerability and shame resilience, this
gathering invites you to show up — tender, brave, and human — to your own
experience. Through reflection, storytelling, and connection, you’ll learn to:
Recognize and name the layered forms of grief we carry — from death to the
loss of identity, connection, or belonging.
Explore how grace becomes a bridge between pain and peace.
Connect to your story as a source of meaning, resilience, and authenticity.
Practice presence — learning to hold both sorrow and gratitude at once.
This is not a space to “fix” grief; it’s a space to befriend it, to honor your truth, and to
find purpose in the pieces you still hold.
Who This Is For
This gathering is for anyone carrying grief — in all its forms, visible or invisible:
Those mourning a loved one through death.
Those living with ambiguous loss — when someone you love is still here but
changed by illness, injury, dementia, or another condition that alters who they
once were.
Those grieving the end or transformation of a relationship — through separation,
divorce, or emotional distance.
Those feeling spiritually or organizationally displaced — when the faith, career, or
community that once grounded you no longer feels like home.
Those navigating identity shifts — retirement, aging, health changes, or growing
into a new version of yourself.
If you’ve ever felt unseen in your grief, silenced in your story, or are longing to live and
speak from a more authentic place — this space is for you.

Participants will leave with:
A renewed sense of compassion for their own grief journey.
Tools for self-reflection and authentic communication with others.
