124F in the sauna and building. At the river, sweet smell of spring in the air, a woodpecker doing his thing, birds and waterfowl all singing their songs…what could be better. We won’t be traveling all the way up to TC for Sauna Fest, but TC was part of the inspiration for us. There’s a mobile sauna on the beach up there in the winter and it’s a long run out on the ice to get to open water for the contrast cold water plunge. You can stay local and Schvitz with us.
