This has been part of a 9-month journey of speaking at various schools, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite things to do. As a parent of two, I totally get the struggle! Balancing schedules and family life is a full-time job in itself, let alone staying healthy.

This is how I start my day when the goal is to drop body fat, build muscle, and stay fueled 💪🏽

🍽️ Breakfast Breakdown:
• 8 oz ground turkey (85/15)
• 8 egg whites
• 2 slices Ezekiel bread

📊 Macros (approx):
• Calories: ~700–730
• Protein: ~85–90g
• Carbs: ~30–35g
• Fat: ~28–32g



💡 Why this works:
✅ High protein = muscle retention + keeps you full
✅ Balanced carbs = energy to perform
✅ Controlled fats = supports hormones without overdoing calories

⚠️ Reminder: Everyone’s nutritional needs are different.
