This is a Half-Kneeling High-to-Low Cable Back Fly — one of my go-to exercises for building strong, healthy shoulders and upper-back control.

✅ Core & hip stabilizers (thanks to the half-kneeling position)

🏋️‍♂️ “How much weight should you lift?”
This might be the most asked question in fitness — and the answer isn’t a number.

The right amount of weight depends on YOU.

🎯 You should lift a weight that matches:
✅ Your goals (fat loss, strength, muscle, rehab)
✅ Your experience level
✅ Your movement quality & control
✅ Your ability to repeat good reps consistently

If the weight is so heavy that form breaks down → it’s too heavy.
If it’s so light that there’s no challenge → it’s too light.

💡 Here’s the real rule:
Lift the most weight you can control through a full range of motion while staying safe.

Sometimes that’s a heavy bar.
Sometimes it’s a light bar done with perfect tempo and intention.

Progress isn’t about ego — it’s about ex*****on, consistency, and progression over time.
