The high-to-low cable chest press not only builds your upper chest, but reinforces functional pushing strength at multiple angles.

Then, we immediately follow with the broad jump, training explosive lower-body power—perfect for anyone wanting to move faster and stronger.

Super-setting these two builds total-body athleticism!

👉 High-to-Low Cable Chest Press
Targets: Lower chest, anterior shoulders, and triceps 🔥
Suggested Reps: 10–12 reps, with a strong downward press and controlled return!

👉 Broad Jump
Targets: Glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core
Suggested Reps: 2 explosive jumps down, 2 back—focus on maximum power each time!

💥 This superset is a powerhouse combo—upper body strength meets explosive lower-body athleticism.

🔥 PUSH-DAY POWER 🔥 Let’s talk about a killer dumbbell superset that hits both upper and lower body for max efficiency!

1️⃣ Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat: This single-leg move targets your quads, glutes, and hamstrings while also challenging your core and balance. Expect serious lower-body strength gains and improved stability.

2️⃣ Dumbbell Neutral-Grip Bench Press: With a neutral grip, you’ll emphasize your chest, triceps, and shoulders, but with less stress on the shoulders—perfect for building pressing strength safely.

Why this combo? Pairing a lower-body push with an upper-body push keeps your heart rate up, balances your workout, and saves time. This is perfect for busy days when you want full-body benefits in less time.

💡 When to do it: This superset fits perfectly into your push day, or even a full-body day, 2–3 times per week. Aim for 8–12 reps per exercise—enough to challenge yourself but maintain form.

Alright, fam—time to talk about a killer lower-body combo you need in your life! 💥

Lower body strength + knee stability in ONE powerful superset 💥

🎥 Exercise 1: Hex Bar Squat

This is one of my favorite strength builders because it loads the lower body safely while keeping the spine in a strong, neutral position.

✅ Quads
✅ Glutes
✅ Hamstrings
✅ Core (anti-flexion stability)
✅ Upper back (postural control)

The hex bar allows you to sit into the squat while keeping tension through the entire posterior chain. Great for athletes and adults looking to build strength without unnecessary back stress.



🎥 Exercise 2: TKE (Terminal Knee Extension)

This one looks simple… but it’s elite for knee health and quad activation.

✅ VMO (inner quad)
✅ Re**us femoris
✅ Knee stabilizers
✅ Improves patellar tracking
✅ Reinforces full knee extension strength

TKEs help strengthen the final 10–15 degrees of knee extension — which is often where weakness and instability show up.
