📍 Coriander Kitchen & Farm

Join us at Coriander Kitchen & Farm for a midday “Slow Flow & Yin” taught by studio owner, Liz DeFour. Class will consist of 45 minutes of slow vinyasa flow, followed by 30 minutes of deep stretching in Yin postures. Stay afterward and enjoy a delicious farm to table brunch* at Coriander. Make sure to bring your yoga mat!

The heat is back on! 🔥

Now that the weather has started cooling down, we’ve turned the temperature back up in our heated classes!

Look for these classes on the schedule to attend a heated class:

- Vinyasa 2 🔥
- Vinyasa 3 🔥
- Traditional Flow 🔥
- Yoga for Core Power 🔥

We warm the room up to 85-90 degrees in our heated classes only. Warmer temperatures in the studio room can help to increase circulation, support joint health, and strengthen focus.

In this special class with Randiah, we’ll practice Subagh Kriya, a meditation for prosperity, using somatic movement, breathwork, and mantras. We’ll then be joined by Randiah’s mom, Carolyn, for a 30-minute reiki-infused sound bath in savasana.
