Finally — the truth is out

Some of us have known this for years. We’ve studied, trained, and completed fellowships to truly understand hormones, metabolism, and the science of functional medicine.

Now that this information is finally gaining attention, many doctors are suddenly saying they “do hormones” — but few have been formally trained to do so.

👉 When choosing your provider, look for IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine) or A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine) credentials. These practitioners have gone the extra mile — staying current with research, root-cause medicine, and the latest innovations in women’s health.

Mainstream healthcare is far behind. Those of us once called “quacks” by traditional medicine are now seeing the evidence catch up. It’s time for all women’s healthcare providers to seek additional education and training to serve patients better.

I am honored to share that I have been selected to speak nationally at A4M, (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine) one of the most respected organizations in functional and regenerative medicine.

I will be presenting on the Oral Systemic Connection. I will discuss how the health of your mouth impacts your entire body, from cardiovascular and metabolic disease to cognition and longevity.

This topic is deeply personal and professionally meaningful to me. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how inflammation and infection in the mouth can ripple through every system of the body. It is time this conversation reached the national stage.
