Yes, we’re talking to you!!! Don’t let harmful UV rays age your glow. Protect your skin with SPF… even in the winter or if you’re indoors. ☀️🧴

I recommend my patients use a mineral sunscreen that contains zinc oxide or titanium dioxide with a SPF of 30 or greater.

What are these pesky white bumps by your eyes?! 👀 It’s possible you’re dealing with ⚪️ MILIA ⚪️

These tiny, cyst-like structures are made up of keratin (read: dead skin cells) that gets trapped beneath the skin’s surface. Common causes include: heavy cosmetics that occludes the pores, poor exfoliation, sun damage, and aging.

Luckily, these can be effectively treated with a cosmetic extraction. Watch to see how it’s done!
