As we enjoy the sunshine, it's important to remember that older adults are more sensitive to heat and sun exposure.

👒 Tips for staying safe:

Wear a wide-brimmed hat and lightweight clothing

Use SPF 30+ sunscreen and reapply every 2 hours

Stay hydrated—drink water often

Let’s keep our seniors safe all summer long! 🌼💛
