Matthew Cullins’ journey with Complete Care started right in the classroom. This past fall, he graduated from our CNA class at Groton Regency — and just a few months later, he’s already making a real difference for our residents every day. His compassion, dedication, and positive energy truly stand out.

When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find Matthew outdoors enjoying the beach, camping, biking, or catching some waves. That adventurous spirit carries into the care he gives and the connections he builds here.

Groundhog got revenge… but our residents got the last laugh! ❄️🐿️

After the groundhog saw his shadow and predicted six more weeks of winter, residents decided it was only fair to get a little payback 😄 They had a blast playing “Whack the Groundhog,” turning the winter blues into lots of laughs and fun!
