We have some updates to share about our upcoming Sound Journeys.

Life has a way of redirecting us, and we're navigating one of those moments now. My husband recently learned that his entire department will be laid off in early June. Because our Monday evening Sound Journeys have been possible thanks to his current work schedule, we're facing some uncertainty about the future of these offerings. With so much still unwritten, we've made the difficult decision to pause scheduling new Sound Journeys after June, at least for now.

Here's what's still ahead:

🔮🎵 Our Crystal Vibrations Sound Journey is coming up on Monday, May 11th, the day after Mother's Day, and it's a beautiful opportunity to treat yourself or someone you love to a deeply relaxing sound experience. Registration is closing VERY soon, so if you've been thinking about it, go ahead and sign up today.

🪘🎶 Our Journey of the Drums will be our final Sound Journey for this season, held on Monday, June 8th. If you've been meaning to join us, we would love to hold space for you at one or both of these last events. It has been such an honor to offer these therapeutic sound experiences to the community for 6 months of healing, stillness, and shared vibration. We are so grateful for every soul who joined us on this journey.

And as we close one chapter, we hold space for what's next because every ending carries within it the seed of a new beginning. The path forward may not be fully visible yet, but that's where the magic lives: in the open space between what was and what's becoming. We don't know exactly what the next version of this work looks like, but we trust that it's already taking shape. Thank you for being part of the story so far. The best chapters may still be ahead.

Your voice was never the problem. It was silenced by circumstances, by people who couldn't handle your truth, by moments that taught you that speaking up cost too much.

Most people don’t realize that sound isn’t just something we hear, it’s something we experience with our entire body.

The human body is made up of more than 70% water. Just like ripples moving across the ocean, sound waves travel through you, gently vibrating every cell. These subtle vibrations interact with your nervous system, helping shift you out of stress mode and into a state of rest and repair.

Sound therapy can help calm an overactive mind, regulate the nervous system, reduce tension in the body, and create space for emotional release. Certain frequencies support brainwave states associated with deep relaxation and meditation, allowing healing to happen beyond the conscious mind.
