The full moon is a reminder of how connected we are to the natural rhythms of the universe. Just as the moon influences the tides in the ocean, it also interacts with us and our bodies that are made of mostly water. During a full moon, many people feel heightened emotions, restlessness, vivid dreams, or a deeper pull inward.

Tonight’s Wolf Moon, which is also a Supermoon, carries an extra layer of instinct, intuition, and inner calling, inviting us to listen closely to what’s stirring beneath the surface. It’s not something to fear, but something to notice. This is a powerful time to pause, release what’s been building, and allow clarity to rise. Look at this galaxy for a moment. Billions of stars. Endless space. A universe so vast that the human mind can barely grasp it. And somewhere on one tiny blue dot, in a corner of just one galaxy, we place ourselves under the weight of fear, stress, expectations, deadlines, and taxes.

We forget how small our worries are compared to the cosmic scale. We forget how temporary every moment is. We forget that life was never meant to be lived in constant fear or pressure.

The universe is not asking you to be perfect. It is not judging your income, your mistakes, your appearance, or your status. It is simply offering you time. Time to breathe. Time to grow. Time to experience. Time to let go.

When you see yourself from a universal perspective, the things that trouble you lose their power. What remains is what truly matters: your peace, your choices, your relationships, your inner freedom.

🥳🎉 We are excited to share that we have been offered an indoor community space through Grove City Parks & Recreation, allowing us to expand and host larger wellness events for the community. With this blessing, we are launching a new immersive group Sound Journey experience designed to support your mind, body, and spirit with vibrational healing techniques.

🎶 What is a Sound Journey? 🎶
A Sound Journey is a deeply relaxing experience where you are gently guided into a state of calm, inner balance, and emotional release through the use of sound and vibration. These vibrations help quiet the mind, relax the body, and guide you into a meditative or dream-like state. Sound frequencies and vibrations interact with your brainwaves, helping you shift from an active “thinking” state into slower, restorative states, similar to meditation or deep rest. This supports healing on physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels.

✨ Who Is Wizard Magic? ✨️
Wizard Magic is a husband-and-wife duo, Monika and Derek Foley, dedicated to sharing sound, energy, frequency, and vibration to uplift the community. Our love of music brought us together and it continues to be the heart of what we offer. We created Wizard Magic when we were playing music together in 2019 simply for the fun of it and over the years our path evolved into intentional sound healing with 432Hz Crystal Singing Bowls, Native American Flutes, and Ceremonial & Tribal Drums.

I love the Access Consciousness tools and the ease it can create in your life! I use the majority of these techniques on myself when I feel in a limited space to address and reframe my energy.

Here are my favorite 4 tools from the holiday guide and how I use them in my daily life.

Tool 1: Interesting point of view
I use this technique when I have difficulty understanding someone else’s perspective. Instead of jumping to judgment about right or wrong, it's just an interesting point of view.

Tool 2: Who does this belong to?
Sometimes the heavy emotions or thoughts aren't even your own. Empaths tend to pick up on other people's heaviness and being around them can imprint on your energy. Ask who does this belong to and then return to sender with consciousness attached. Such a great tool!

Tool 3: Expand
We've all been around a miserable person who we feel like we have to wall off and block from draining our energy but.... what if you expanded your energy to take up as much space as possible so that low vibing energy dissolves in your expanded presence.

Tool 6: Ask a question
I use this technique A LOT! Every time you can approach topics with a question of curiosity and possibility, new paths open up to you. I love to ask myself what else is possible not only when things aren't going my way but even when I'm having a regular day. One time I found gas for the cheapest around, I said how does it get better than this and I found a quarter at the pump. I left the gas station to head to the mall and while pulling in, I said how does it get better than this and a front row spot opened up just as I was pulling in. I walked in the store and said how does it get better than this and the item I wanted to purchase had an extra closeout sale on it and I got it for much less than I expected when I went to checkout.

Childhood wounds are reopened in motherhood because giving what you never had hurts.

You pour out love you once begged for.
You offer patience no one ever gave you.
You create safety you never felt yourself.

And in the middle of nurturing them, you meet the younger version of you still waiting to be held.

Motherhood exposes the ache you learned to hide. But it also gives you the chance to rewrite the story.

You can feel someone’s intentions, their love, their tension, or their thoughts long before they ever speak it out loud. Energy doesn’t need physical closeness to travel… it moves through emotion, intention, and connection.
