On the energy healing side nothing can be cookie cutter at all. Each client is a new case and a lot of information is gathered before proceeding.

Healing is a very delicate process and one that can’t be rushed; however, approaching it holistically does get you results much faster since you are allowing all aspects of your Being to be worked on simultaneously and synergistically. It is a process, but powerful things begin to happen for my clients when they begin to heal.

Healing=Freedom and a restoration of order and balance in all areas.

She is 72 & she is not backing down from the challenges of lifting weights and working on her health and she has gotten to see the benefits already!

When this client came to me she was walking with a cane and complaining that she was too sedentary and her doctors were strongly advising & encouraging her to lose weight for health reasons. Her joints were pretty stiff, flexibility low and even struggled getting in and out of that machines.

I explained to her that I would be pushing her, but not too much that she can’t handle it. I even let her know that I was not going to make it easier for her by choosing different machines. I wanted her to utilize every moment of the workout to lift AND stretch and that meant even stretching as she got in and out of the machines. She accepted the challenge!

Fast forward 12 weeks and she is getting in and out of the machines with a lot more ease, barely using her cane, walking up her stairs at home easier, has lost weight and inches and has increased her overall strength!

For this client it isn’t about having the ideal body. It is about her health and working to make sure that even in her older years she can enjoy her grandkids, enjoy vacations and not feel so fragile and locked into a failing body.

I am proud of her as she has stayed committed to the program and her goals.

1 year B***Y progress!
This client has been with me for a little over a year and has seen AMAZING progress in her glutes. In the whole time she has been with me she has only missed 1 workout, increased her training to 4 days a week and is truly fighting to get the body she wants.

We have had to change some things throughout the year as I see how her body is responding to the training and keeping it all in alignment with her goals as well as her overall symmetry.

I am so proud of her glute gains and how it has changed so much! It just shows what consistency and hard work will do for you. She is also unbelievably happy with the progress.

TEENAGE LIFTER!!!!

This 14 year old plays basketball and wanted to improve his overall performance so he agreed to incorporate strength training along side his personal basketball training.

Along with that was his complaint that he is just “too skinny”. I explained that to gain weight he would also have to eat alongside his training. I put him on a diet/nutrition plan and after 4 weeks he is very happy with the progress that he has already made.

These photos are after only 4 weeks of training and he still has the rest of the summer to go before he gets ready for his next basketball season.

This kid is truly committed! He shows up, works hard and is willing to push through to get the results he is after! Start them while they are young!

And…another client happy with her progress!

When this client started she knew she wanted to improve her body, but she didn’t realize just how much until she got into it and started to see her body changing, husband complimenting her changes and even her friends and family noticing. This gave her more motivation to go even more in and now she is really going after that dream body she wants!

She is slowly fine tuning her nutrition alongside her fitness training. We have been working on that, one step at a time so she can build a long term sustainable eating lifestyle and not just build a “diet” knowing she will quit and likely taint her future progress.

So, baby steps she is beginning to “replace” unhealthy food with healthier options. And she is much more successful because she is not doing this from a place of pressure, but of desire for that dream body she is after!

We look at these photos together and I dial in her training according to what her body is presenting. For example, the bottom of glute max needs more developing to round out her overall glute symmetry, but she is still pleased at how her b***y has already grown in the 4 months she has been training with me.

Belly & Butt!

This client wanted to get rid of her belly and grow her butt! Well, we are accomplishing both, one step at a time.

This client has made such great progress in the gym and now it is overflowing into her life outside the gym. She has given up her daily (3 times a day 😬) energy drinks, been able to stop taking certain medications, is growing her business and really stepping into her potential and is very pleased with her progress physically.

I have told my clients that what you do in the gym will touch every area of your life. The minute you start building a body you actually like it brings you to life and you start changing!

I am very proud of her and she is not giving up now. She has more work to do and she is definitely willinf to do it…. especially since she just bought that bikini 😁 We are going to continue to dial in her training to sculpt her glutes, reduce her overall body fat and build her body into what she wants (not what I want for her!)
