We had such a wonderful time celebrating Halloween with the residents this year! The halls were filled with laughter, costumes, candy, and plenty of smiles. It was heartwarming to see kids, families, and residents all joining in the fun!

🎃🍬 Candy Donations Needed! 🍬🎃
We’re hosting a Trick-or-Treat Event for the residents at Monterey Health & Rehabilitation Center, and we need your help to make it extra sweet! 🧡

We’re collecting individually wrapped candy donations to hand out to the kids who will be visiting and to share with our residents during the festivities.

📅 Donation Deadline: October 24th
📍 Drop-Off Location: 3929 Hoover Rd./Front Lobby

We gathered together with full hearts and joyful spirits at Monterey Health & Rehabilitation Center to celebrate a truly special moment — the retirement of our beloved team member, Susan, after many years of dedicated service!

Susan has been more than just a coworker — she’s been a mentor, a friend, and a comforting presence to residents and staff alike. Over the years, her compassion, patience, and unwavering commitment, have touched many lives. Susan has exemplified what it means to care with heart.

While we’ll miss her deeply, we’re excited for the adventures ahead for Susan — more time with her grandchildren, husband, and maybe even that trip she’s been talking about!

What do you get when you mix creativity, compassion, and lots of water? A staff-made wheelchair carwash that brought huge smiles to our residents’ faces! 😄💦

This week, our amazing team turned the courtyard into a carwash with a cool ride-through experience for our residents and they loved it!

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible staff for going the extra mile to make this day so much fun. 💙 This is what community and care look like.

We’ve been having so much fun celebrating our CNA’s over the last couple days. So far the most hilarious game they have enjoyed the most is the PULL UP GAME. They had to get a pull-up from their ankles to their waist without utilizing their hands 🤣.
