I wanted to share a little about one of my services—Cupping Therapy:

Cupping helps:
• Relieve deep muscle tension
• Increase circulation
• Reduce inflammation
• Support faster recovery

It’s especially great if you’re dealing with tight shoulders, back pain, headaches, or just feeling “stuck” in your body.

After 12 years of serving as a massage therapist, opening Four Roots Therapy has been such a blessing. I’m incredibly thankful for the support from this community — and already having the opportunity to serve about 100 patients in this space means the world to me.

Being welcomed as 1 of 750 businesses in the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce is truly an honor. The ribbon cutting for Four Roots Barefoot Therapy was such a special moment for me.

A couple days ago a random guy walked up to me and said…

“Are you the lady…”

Then he stopped, raised his arms in the air, grabbed an invisible bar like this 👆 and said,
“…that does THAT?”

And I said, “Yes. Yes I am that lady.” 😌👣

Apparently the overhead bars are becoming recognizable. If you’ve heard about “that lady with the bars” — it’s me.
