✨Crew Spotlight - Meet Bailey!✨

Bailey began her EMS career 7.5 years ago as an EMT and worked her way up to becoming a paramedic, gaining invaluable experience at a very busy ground 9-1-1 EMS service 🚑 along the way. She has spent the last 3 years serving as a flight paramedic at AEL 165 🚁, bringing dedication, excellence, and a deep well of critical care knowledge to every mission. Highlighting her commitment to the highest standards of patient care, Bailey proudly holds her FP-C credential🎖️. In addition to her role at AEL 165, she also works as a Paramedic in the Emergency Room at a local children’s hospital 🏥 .

Known for her calm, collected, and steady demeanor, Bailey consistently provides exceptional patient care - especially in high-pressure situations.. And if you ever find yourself in need of a snack🍿mid-shift, Bailey is rarely without a pocket full of goodies - always ready to keep spirits and energy levels up.

Outside of work, Bailey’s life is full of love and joy. She has been married to her wonderful wife, Caitlyn, for one year, and together they share a son, Myles. As a family, they enjoy spending time together playing card games and traveling the country 🛣️, taking in scenic views from the mountains 🌄 to the beach 🏖️. Bailey also enjoys practicing archery 🏹 and spending time in the woods hunting.

🚁🎄🎁Over the last several months our team worked hard to help support and raise donations for the Delaware County Shop With a Cop👮🏼 & Emergency Responder program. Our crews alone donated over $500 of their own money to help towards this phenomenal event helping over 500 kiddos for Christmas! Earlier this week we were privileged to have the opportunity to participate in the two day event & even got to land the helicopter in the Walmart parking lot. We are so thankful to be able to have the opportunity to be included in this alongside this special group of police and first responders who selflessly volunteer their time, money and resources to make such a big impact for families in our community and spread joy throughout this season. 🚁🎄🎁

✨Crew Spotlight! - Meet Kallise!✨

When you meet Kallise, you quickly realize she’s the perfect blend of skill, spirit, and heart—everything you hope for in a flight nurse and a teammate at Air Evac 165.

With 15 years of nursing experience, Kallise brings a powerful clinical background to every call. Before joining Air Evac in 2018, she gained extensive experience in both the ICU and ER, sharpening the critical care instincts that now make her such a strong clinician in the air. Her dedication to excellence is reflected in her credentials: in addition to being a Nurse, she is also a Nationally Registered Paramedic, and she proudly holds both CCRN and CFRN certifications.

Outside the aircraft, Kallise’s world is wonderfully full. She’s been married for three years to Nick, a pilot, making theirs a true aviation family. She’s also the proud mom of two girls, Kenzleigh & Aryia and nothing brings her more joy than watching her daughter play softball.

Ask anyone who works with her, and they’ll tell you the same thing: Kallise is wild, funky, and full of personality—the kind of teammate who keeps everyone laughing and on their toes. You truly never know what might come out of her mouth next, but it’s always guaranteed to bring a smile. Beneath that bold spark, though, is someone with the biggest heart, unmatched compassion, and unwavering dedication to her patients and her team.

We are proud to have Kallise as part of the Air Evac 165 family. Her expertise, energy, and authenticity make her an incredible asset and an unforgettable presence.

Meet our Team! Over the next few weeks, be on the lookout to learn about each and every one of our crew members! For our first ⭐️spotlight⭐️, Meet Farah!

For more than two decades, Farah has dedicated her life to emergency medical services, bringing skill, compassion, and unwavering commitment to every patient she encounters. Starting 22 years ago as a first responder, she has moved her way up in EMS including 11 years as a paramedic and the last 4 years as a flight medic with AirEvac, continuing to raise the bar for excellence in critical care. Farah also holds the elite FP-C credential, demonstrating her advanced expertise and deep knowledge in flight and critical care medicine. 🚁🩺

Beyond her impressive professional achievements, Farah is a woman of many talents and a proud mom of four wonderful kids. When she’s not responding to emergencies, you can often find her behind a camera 📸 capturing life’s moments as an avid photographer, or turning wrenches🔧 as she works on her beloved truck 🛻. And in true Farah fashion—versatile, steady, and always surprising—she also enjoys the calming craft of knitting & crocheting 🧶.

Farah brings strength, skill, creativity, and heart into everything she does. We are grateful to have her as part of the AirEvac family, and we celebrate the incredible impact she continues to make every day!

Ty, Bailey & Jenni started the morning out with a scene flight with Jay EMS. They made it back to base long enough for a shift change & then Nick, Jenni & Kallise took off for a scene flight with MESTA.
