What is Flex?
Flex is a functional, yoga-inspired strength class focused on mobility, balance, and muscle engagement. Using resistance bands, kettlebells, and bodyweight work, we support joint stability, bone health, and everyday strength through intentional, controlled movement.
BANDS required - available for purchase of $20 at studio or you can borrow some your first class.
