Sometimes when people hear they can have their babies adjusted, they think the extreme & question how it’s done. Which is valid! When you don’t know, it can sound daunting. But the truth is, pediatric adjustments are incredibly gentle & effective and can help ease problems such as constipation, colic, ear infections, and more!

All of our doctors use ‘feather like’ pressure when adjusting babies - about the same pressure you’d use to test a ripe tomato. They also use a little instrument called an activator, which allows precise alignment on a single vertebrae. Even our littlest patients enjoy their adjustments and many seem to completely relax and let the doctors work their magic!

Sitting for hours at a time doesn’t just affect your energy, it can seriously disrupt blood sugar control.

A recent study reveals that interrupting prolonged sitting with short bursts of movement can significantly improve glycemic control.

In the study, participants who performed 3 minutes of walking or 10 bodyweight squats every 45 minutes had better blood sugar regulation compared to those who stayed seated or even those who took a single 30-minute walk.

These frequent, targeted bursts of activity were shown to activate key muscle groups like the quadriceps and glutes, leading to better glucose management throughout the day.

This is proof that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to support your metabolic health.

We’re so excited to introduce Dr. Cayden Harper, our newest Chiropractor, now officially seeing patients in our Grove office! 🎉

Dr. Cayden is deeply passionate about chiropractic care and believes in a thoughtful, holistic approach to health and wellness—treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Her journey into chiropractic began back in high school, where she first witnessed the powerful, life-changing impact chiropractic care can have on overall well-being.

Before earning her doctorate, Dr. Cayden spent nearly four years working as a chiropractic assistant alongside Dr. Joe and Dr. Sammie Ferguson, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and developing a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care. That experience inspired her to pursue her dream of becoming a chiropractor—and we’re so glad she did!

Outside the office, Dr. Cayden enjoys spending time outdoors and making meaningful memories with friends and family. 🌿

📌Important note: Dr. Cayden is currently accepting self-pay patients only while we complete the process of getting her credentialed with insurance.
