Congratulations to Little Mister Citrus and Miss Citrus Teen, both invited to move on to the 2026 Citrus International Pageant AND to model on the runway in New York Fashion Week (in NYC 🤩) in September, 2026!

Fun fact: the teenager’s first time ever runway modeling was with me in matching KISS shirts and combat boots at AGE 4 for Hard Rock International at Hard Rock Live in Orlando! She has since done runway shows for Alienphant, CJ Golden, and many other awesome designers! (When we have the time…which isn’t often enough.) Way to go both of you, you killed it!! 😍🥰👑
(Yes her sash is on wrong…she had just finished wrangling the toddler for photos and didn’t notice 😅)
ALSO, if you don’t know us in person, I’m 6ft and she’s taller than me!! And like 6’6” in these heels!!

What a gorgeous fall sunrise this morning!! 🍁🪾🍂🍄‍🟫I couldn’t choose just one. Which is your favorite? That maple tree was a tiny seedling that I protected from my wife and the w**d whacker when she was clearing around the creek 😅 It’s well over 10ft tall now and turning beautiful colors!!!

Sweetest teenager ever ran to 7/11 at 11pm to grab me a hot cappuccino for my 12 hour overnight!! (And NEARLY came home with a stray cat 😅) We all had a long day today with not enough sleep 🥰🥰 It’s the little things!!!! 🥹🥹

STORY TIME:
I got home from running errands tonight and walked into the house…. to the overwhelming smell of a dead animal. And not like….a thick steak, either. 🥩
It didn’t occur to me that when I gave the RatX to the rats out in our shipping container, the poison that makes them so thirsty so that they seek out water and leave so they don’t die inside…. That they might try to come get water AT THE HOUSE and I’m positive that one of them has croaked underneath.
And rather than going to sleep to tune it out, I’m stuck in my home office (yes in my warm onesie) working ALL NIGHT and just having to deal with it! All my food, all my drinks just smell like dead thing. 🤢 Thank God for candles 🕯️ but still. It’s stuck in my nose and I can still smell it. 🐀 🪦

The tiniest lil mantis that I found today! I can’t believe he chose this freezing time to hatch and that he’s still just fine! At least it’s not freezing anymore for now! I hope he has a fighting chance.
At least until he finds a mate 😅😵
