Friday:

1. 2 rounds: 15 curl and press, 100' monster walks (any way), 15 roll outs.

2. Bench press: 7,5,3,1,7,5,3,1,7,5,3,1.

3. 10 min on, 5 min off, 10 min on, amrap: 5 DL (315/205) 10 pistols, 15/13 Cal Bike, 20 DB floor press (50/30). Start each 10 min with 500m row.

Wednesday:

8 hang squat cleans (95/65)
7 hspu (4 push)
6 double DB DL and step up
5 double touches
4 x40 DUs
3:00 amrap: ascending ladder, 3s,6s,9s,etc: one hand snatch(each side), hr push-ups.
