Another reason to come on out to the beach ~ the Pismo Beach Sand Art Fest is happening now. Amazing artists from around the globe spend hours creating beautiful art to be enjoyed until the tide washes it away. . .

There's something magical about starting your day where the sea meets the shore. . .

This beach yoga session was a beautiful reminder of why we practice together ~ to connect, to breathe, and to celebrate the moments that matter most.

Whether you're looking to find your flow, clear your mind, or simply spend an hour moving with intention by the water, you're always welcome here ~ All levels, all bodies, all hearts.

This was super funnn & sooo special! A bridal pre-party 🎈💌🎈 Together we stretched, breathed in the sea air, circled in community, and prepared for an amazing weekend.

Grateful for the opportunity to share & lead this experience on the beach with such wonderful people xox
