As we get older, our immune systems naturally weaken — especially after age 65. That means respiratory viruses like flu, COVID-19, and RSV can lead to more serious illness, hospitalization, and complications.

The good news? Vaccines help reduce your risk of severe disease and keep you protected.

If you or a loved one is 65+, talk to a healthcare provider about staying up to date on recommended vaccines. A simple step today can make a big difference tomorrow. 💙
