Claypool Hill office will be closing at 1pm today.

Grundy office is yet to be determined. We will keep updates posted here as we see what changes will need to be made for our Grundy location.

In Loving Memory: Lisa Merritt

It is with deep respect and heavy hearts that we honor the memory of Lisa Merritt, the visionary founder of Merritt Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation. Lisa established this practice with a simple yet profound mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our community. Though she moved on to new chapters in her life, her dedication to patient wellness remains the heartbeat of this clinic. We are privileged to carry her legacy forward every day.

May you rest in peace, Lisa. You will be remembered and missed by those who knew and worked with you.

Grundy Clinic: 10am - 5:30pm

Claypool Hill Clinic: 1:00pm - 5:30pm.

Please note, our hours are subject to change based on weather conditions, prioritizing the safety of our staff and patients. We'll keep our page updated with any changes.

The " QUEEN" is Retiring!

You have been loyal, dependable, kind, and patient and always willing to go above & beyond for the business and the patients we serve. Your insurance and billing knowledge is exceptional and will be hard to replace. Your willingness to take on an owners mentality is a rare characteristic that is hard to find these days. You have been a huge asset & contributor to our growth over the last 37 years, and we thank you.
