Merritt Physical Therapy & Mountain Therapy, LLC, strives to provide quality Physical, Occupational, & Speech therapy services in an outpatient setting and in the comfort of your home. We have two outpatient locations located in Grundy & Claypool Hill. We also provide home therapy services in Buchanan, Dickenson, Tazewell, & Russell Counties.

Lisa established this practice with a simple yet profound mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our community. Though she moved on to new chapters in her life, her dedication to patient wellness remains the heartbeat of this clinic. We are privileged to carry her legacy forward every day.

May you rest in peace, Lisa. You will be remembered and missed by those who knew and worked with you.

Grundy Clinic: 10am - 5:30pm

Claypool Hill Clinic: 1:00pm - 5:30pm.

Please note, our hours are subject to change based on weather conditions, prioritizing the safety of our staff and patients. We'll keep our page updated with any changes.

We would like to wish our "Queen of billing", long time employee & friend, a wonderful journey as she navigates the next chapter in her life!

You have been loyal, dependable, kind, and patient and always willing to go above & beyond for the business and the patients we serve. Your insurance and billing knowledge is exceptional and will be hard to replace. Your willingness to take on an owners mentality is a rare characteristic that is hard to find these days. You have been a huge asset & contributor to our growth over the last 37 years, and we thank you.
