Just want to address something kind of beautiful that happened today. A client reached out asking for a silent appointment and it kind of lit me up inside! 🤩

A few reasons why:

✨For women, I think it’s hard to ask for what we need. Not to mention the awareness and permission you must allow yourself to have to even KNOW or FEEL what YOU need
✨Anytime someone honors what their body is asking for (within reason), it’ll always be a hell yes from me
✨When you are on my table, your session is about YOU. While I love connecting and chatting, I am here for you. Don’t like the sounds that are playing? Cool, we can change it or turn it off. There’s a smell you don’t love? I’ll do my best to s***f it out. Your body is telling you no deep work or cupping even though that’s what we always do? Beautiful, let’s switch it up and nourish that part. Don’t feel like talking? Great, I love silence.

In a world that is demanding and abrasive and asks so much of you, please let your time with me be the one place you allow yourself to truly ask for, and receive, what you need. You deserve it🥰

Sunday I had the EXTREME honor and privilege to work at the Playlist retreat, hosted by none other than & 🫠

I was beyond blessed to have been able to meet Jeff this summer and then to have his team reach out and offer me this chance, I was truly blown away.

I cannot believe the absolute LEGENDS I had the opportunity to meet, work with and talk to. Musicians, DJs, producers, you name it they were there, and it’s wild to think that for a few hours, I was in their orbit. The kindness and generosity is something that will always overwhelm me in the most beautiful way🥹

thank you SO much for having me, for making me feel like part of the family and for trusting me with being a part of this event! you are the absolute BEST for taking care of me, keeping me on track and making me take a break and eat🤭🫠 words will never be able to express the gratitude I have for you all 🫶🏼
