The only constant in life is change..

Update From My Heart

The Sun is Shining!! ...Things are looking up

I wanted to take a moment to reach out, as I know I’ve been away from teaching for quite some time now.

The past two years have been quite challenging, with the loss of both my mom and my mother-in-law, alongside other family issues and some health challenges it has
taken a bit of a toll.

During this time, I’ve been focused on healing and navigating these changes, and it has been a season of deep reflection for me.

I’ve missed our time together on the mat more than words can express, but I’ve also realized that I’m not sure I can return to teaching in the same way I once did.

I don’t have all the answers yet, but I wanted you to know that I am thinking of you all, and I carry with me the memories of our shared practice.

For now, the studio has transformed into a space for something a bit different—it’s being used as an Airbnb and also as a venue for small events and small private yoga classes. This shift feels right for where I am in my life, though I’m still holding space for the possibility of something new, perhaps even in the future.

For now spending time with my family, grandkids, horses and riding- Kitt, Jett and Maggie, my dog - Poppy and the barn kitty - Big Chuck - all fill my heart..

I don’t know yet if I’ll teach again in the same way, or if I’ll create a new offering. But I wanted you to know that I deeply appreciate each of you and the time we shared together in class, having tea and talking until all hours of the night..

Your dedication, energy, and trust has meant the world to me.

Thank you for being a part of this journey, and for your patience and understanding as I continue to navigate my own path.

It is with a heavy and sad heart that I let you all know that my mom, Doris Bird passed away this evening. It brings me great peace to know that her struggles and suffering are over and she can now rest in peace. Thank you all for all your support over the past years ❤️🕊️🙏🏻
