IN ORDER TO LET THE HEALING BEGIN, WE HAVE TO START AT THE BEGINING...

Regular massage therapy and body treatments are no longer just for luxury and leisure, but are a necessity to maintain health and vitality in today's stress filled world. Licensed Massage Therapist Melissa Veraldo, started the first half of her working life as an Animal Control Officer in Orange County NY. Then she discovered the healing art of massage after an injury at work. Melissa attended Hudson Valley School of Massage, graduated and became licensed. Area's of study: Kinesiology, Anatomy & physiology, Swedish massage, pathology, pregnancy massage, Connective tissue therapy Neuromuscular therapy, Medical massage, Sports massage and shiatsu

In November of 2009, Melissa became a member of SARA~Shelter Animal Reiki Association. We provide Reiki (energy healing) to animals that are strays or have been abandoned. It calms them,and makes their transition to a new life much easier. In June 2014 I relocated to Fern Road in Dover Foxcroft, ME and the people needed some relief soon came. Not your 9-5 massage therapist, I take pride to be there when needed. I have later and earlier hours available and I am on call because pain and relaxation is not only during 9 am and 5 pm. I am a wife, and mother to two beautiful grown children Kaitlyn and Andrew. I am a Grandmother, but not just a Grandmother. I am called ZaZa~~ by Kaiden who is 8 and Kaylei is 6. Lily Bean is 4, and lives close by. And of course "Mom" to goats, chickens, turkey's, ducks, dogs and cats. I feel very Blessed to be able to bring you the intuitive healing that you need at the time when you need it most.

As the time comes for two separate realms to interact. Take a few minutes to quietly reflect on your loved ones who have transitioned into the other realm. Think about a few favorite memories, think of smells that make you remember them. For me, it's when my husband came home from working outside, the cold weather, smelling of fresh earth. I try and remember that and then honor him for the memories.

Take a minute during this Samhain and honor your loved ones. Then CELEBRATE, because the wheel of the year begins to turn again 💜💜💜

It's not always about romantic disappointments. Weve been taught to be the bigger person and give a pass to those closest to us who hurt us. You CAN and should articulate your feelings. When you don't, they create "dis-ease" that uneasy feeling, which if left and ignored can turn i to DISEASE! Life Is too short, recognize, release and let go.

Well, this IS titled “We Continue to Grow our Story” and continue we have. In May of 2019 my son and his partner Audrey bought a place of their own. A few weeks later I had the privilege of meeting a man, who stole my heart. We were back and forth about what to do

with two homes. We stayed on The Fern Road, for a bit, and I had to admit that I wasn’t doing anything with my livestock except keeping them as pets. Which in the homesteading world is a huge no no. To say that they cost me a bit to feed each month would be an understatement. So, with two homes and two people who wanted to be together, we made the decision to move to “civilization”.

In December on Christmas night, we got married. We have since opened a healing space located at 3 Park St in Guilford Maine. I am working with my husband and business partner Ron Lytle. It’s a beautiful space and fully handicapped accessible. Ron is a Reiki Practitioner who has an amazing calming presence. Our plans for Fern Rd? We plan to make it a retreat style stay for those who are looking for a cleanse, bodywork, energy work, and the freedom of nature and a break from life for a few days. Come and walk among the gardens we are planning and use the walking paths to become one with nature.
