Good morning, I wanted to touch base with anyone that I haven't spoken to. My schedule is a little wonky these days to say the least. I went on a great trip to NC. Spent an amazing few days with great people. Came home to Maine, and my elderly Aunt, not doing great, but refusing to go to the hospital. Checked on her a few times that evening, she still refused treatment. As all of you know, I believe in my heart that everyone has the absolute right to choose when they no longer want to be here on Earth.
My Uncle thought she was asleep, he told me not to rush over. Give her some time. That was a red flag for me. I went over and discovered that she had passed away a few hours earlier. While any loss of life is sad, she didn't want to live in a body that didn't work anymore. My Aunt was often a pain in the ass from the time I was a little kid. But my Mom adored her, and in my Aunts last days. She spent her time printing out pictures of all of us. My Aunt & Uncle never had children, my Mom always sort of shared me with them.
My Uncle is struggling very much. He's struggling to realize that all of his "adult" family (because I am still 8 in his eyes) are gone. So if I have to cancel an appointment last minute, it's because he needs me. I will apologize in advance and ask for understanding. If you absolutely need a massage that day, I can recommend some incredible souls who work on me. Thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding.

I always joke and say " I am not everyone's cup of tea, but I am certainly someone's double shot of whiskey"
Often I don't use "my words", to make you hear. Some don't appreciate that. But I always feel that well intentioned "what the f**k were you thinking" is better then "how are you feeling now that you've repeated that action 70000 times". It's more effective. I used to tell my kids curse words are only bad if you use bad energy behind them. And when the boy was 9 that backfired 🤣.
I rarely use the word hate unless it involves Lima beans or something equally gross.
The point is, because I may curse ( some 😉 ) and another healer doesn't. It doesn't make either one of us better, than the other. It's just different ways to connect with those we are trying to help the most.

Last sunset of 2025, and with it putting the past year behind us. It has been filled with eye opening experiences, that you thought would never happen. But did.
Growth, resilience, understanding, love, patience, tolerance, (mostly) learning about boundaries, and the need fo them. Finished projects, and the accomplisment that comes from them.
Incredible clients, whose trust in my abilities to help them, encouraged me to keep going.
Friends who became family.
And possibly a hint of adventure and excitement for 2026.
Life is incredible and I am Blessed to be living it with the souls the Universe put in front of me. So THANK YOU to each of you who has been along for the ride.
