How do I describe the most perfect fall day ever?
First a 5.64 mile hike at Black Pond in Middlefield with good friend Cynthia Fusco on the most perfect day weather wise - warm sun and cool breeze, followed by a cup of vegan Pumpkin Spice latte (it’s officially fall y’all!) and working on the last part of my YogaNurse Essentials training! Life is good!
