I am a psychotherapist in private practice devoted to increasing my knowledge and skills to support a range of client needs. My integrative approach is grounded in extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which has blended well with mindfulness principles and values that include skill-based techniques to support a mind and body connection. Clinical expertise in treating a range of psychological problems and life transitions along with a specialty in eating problems and body image issues. I provide individual, group and couple therapy for adolescents and adults seeking to more effectively deal with current concerns and sustain positive changes beyond therapy.
