➡️ I’d start by figuring out why your shoulders feel tight — is it posture, stress, or a deeper muscle imbalance?
We’d do a quick assessment, check your cervical and thoracic alignment, and often I’ll find it’s not just the shoulder — it’s your neck and mid-back contributing.
Then we’d work through chiropractic adjustments, muscle release, and possibly a little acupuncture to help those muscles finally relax.
